WobbleFly is a social platform that allows users to:

• create profiles
• share content
• communicate
• follow other users
• discover content
• create Posts
• create Glimpses
• create Spotlights
• create Sparks
• create Waves
• send messages
• save content
• participate in conversations and communities

Features may change as WobbleFly develops.

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to use WobbleFly.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account.

You may not create an account for someone else without authorization.

You are responsible for:

• protecting your account
• protecting your password
• keeping your information accurate
• activity occurring through your account
• notifying WobbleFly of unauthorized access

Do not share your password or authentication credentials.

WobbleFly may restrict or suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security violations, or serious violations of these Terms.

You retain rights you have in content you create and upload to WobbleFly.

By uploading content, you grant WobbleFly the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and distribute that content as part of operating the service and providing the features you choose to use.

This may include creating:

• thumbnails
• previews
• different media sizes
• technical copies
• cached copies

You remain responsible for the content you upload.

You may not use WobbleFly to upload, share, or distribute content that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law.

This includes content involving:

• illegal activity
• exploitation
• child sexual abuse material
• credible threats
• targeted harassment
• non-consensual intimate content
• fraud
• malicious software
• unauthorized access
• infringement of intellectual property rights
• serious privacy violations
• impersonation intended to deceive
• spam or platform manipulation

Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use.

Respect:

• copyright
• trademarks
• privacy
• publicity rights
• confidentiality
• intellectual property

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact WobbleFly through the Help Center.

WobbleFly provides private messaging features.

Do not use messaging to:

• threaten people
• harass people
• scam people
• distribute illegal content
• distribute malicious software
• conduct unauthorized commercial activity
• violate another person’s privacy

WobbleFly may take action when messages are reported or when necessary to protect users and the service, subject to applicable law and our policies.

WobbleFly may provide public and private accounts.

Private accounts may require approval before another user becomes a follower.

You are responsible for selecting privacy settings appropriate for your needs.

You agree not to:

• attempt to bypass security
• scrape WobbleFly without authorization
• interfere with service operation
• introduce malware
• reverse engineer prohibited portions of the service
• abuse APIs
• create fraudulent accounts
• manipulate engagement
• use bots to abuse the service
• impersonate WobbleFly
• sell accounts
• sell or trade access to accounts
• collect personal information about other users without authorization

If WobbleFly introduces automated or AI-powered features, those features may be subject to additional terms.

You must not use automated systems to manipulate, abuse, attack, or overload WobbleFly.

WobbleFly and its original software, branding, logos, designs, interfaces, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit WobbleFly’s protected materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

WobbleFly may use or link to third-party services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

WobbleFly may take appropriate action when users violate these Terms or other WobbleFly policies.

Possible actions may include:

• removing content
• restricting content visibility
• restricting features
• limiting account activity
• suspending accounts
• permanently disabling accounts
• reporting unlawful activity where appropriate

We aim to apply enforcement consistently, but specific actions may depend on the circumstances.

Users can report content or accounts that violate WobbleFly policies.

Reports should contain enough information to allow appropriate review.

False or abusive reporting may itself violate these Terms.

You may deactivate or delete your account through the available WobbleFly account-management process.

Some information may remain temporarily where necessary for:

• legal compliance
• security
• fraud prevention
• dispute resolution
• backups

We work to keep WobbleFly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

WobbleFly may occasionally experience:

• maintenance
• outages
• bugs
• security incidents
• third-party service failures
• network problems

WobbleFly may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features.

We may update these Terms when necessary.

Material changes may be communicated through appropriate channels.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WobbleFly is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• every feature will always be available
• content will never be lost
• the service will always be error-free
• every user or piece of content will be trustworthy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WobbleFly and its operators will not be responsible for losses arising from matters outside reasonable control, including unauthorized actions by other users, third-party services, network failures, or events beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms should be interpreted according to applicable law.
