Unpopular opinion: the best part of a trip is the walk home from the last stop, when nobody is talking and the light finally goes pink. @rui would agree.

What a Wave can hold
Short thoughts
The sentence you actually had in your head, posted before you draft it four times.
Long-form
Blogs and essays that stay up. No character limit, no truncation, no thought that runs off the screen.
Questions
Ask a room of people you already know, and get answers that stay attached to the question.
Mentions
Bring someone in without shouting at everybody. One name, one reply, one conversation.
Hashtags
Find the rooms by subject, and let a conversation find its own people over time.
Links & media
Attach the thing you are talking about — a page, a photo, a clip — and keep it with the post.
10Permanent
Nothing disappears at midnight.
A Wave is not a Spark and it is not a Glimpse. It stays up, it stays editable by you, and it stays findable long after the conversation it started has moved on.
Say it, then keep it.
Most social apps are built to make you post again tomorrow. Wave is built so that what you wrote in March is still there in November — for you, and for the people you wrote it to.
